Sustainability is not a trend or catch phrase for our firm; we have been involved in Sustainable practices and design philosophy since the late 1970’s.

First and foremost, 

sustainability has a key role to play in all our work. Whether it involves using local, recycled, repurposed, salvaged, 0 VOC or natural materials, 

the focus is on the  environment and our client.

We invite our clients to first consider rebuilding or renovating a property rather than to demolish and build new. 

Having the clients input during all phases of the Design process  plays an important role in our approach.
